Here is our craft/gift for this Christmas season...
Supplies:
- Fabric Paint
- A child, willing to step into paint and smear it on their hands
- Pillowcases (I bought them for around $4 each at Hobby Lobby)
- Cardboard
Instructions:
- Iron pillowcases
- Prepare plates with paint
- Have kiddo in play clothes and something laid down to protect your surface
- Insert cardboard into pillowcase so paint does not bleed through
- Make designs
- We made hand wreaths with fingerprint berries
- "Mistle-toes" feet with fingerprint dots
- Allow to dry overnight before packing, sending, wrapping, etc...
This is a simple, inexpensive fun craft that people can place over their current pillows each holiday season!
