Pumpkin Spice Latte



Missing the Starbucks fave?

Here is my healthy version... a FRACTION of the calories and loads of pumpkin taste!


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup + more if desired- xylitol (or other sugar substitute)
  • 1/2 cup non-sweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning (or 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 nutmeg- sprinkle of ground cloves)
MIX all in a blender and store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Add into your coffee as desired!


I love to top it all off with some sugar free Redi whip!

*Depending on your sugar and milk choice, the calories can range, but as listed above the ENTIRE pumpkin spice mix would equal 70-80 calories!!! So if this is spread out 4 times you are looking at around 20 calorie latte!!!
